Focus on the breath! Close the eyes, soften the shoulders away from the ears. Inhale and exhale through the nostrils and liken your breath to the waves of the ocean, every inhale the waves leave the shoreline and go out to the horizon and every exhale they come crashing back into the shoreline again, feel the chest and tummy rise on the inhale and collapse on the exhale.
