Yoga is for EVERYONE from the very young to the not-so-young, and it doesn't matter if you're a beginner or experienced.
My classes whether big, small or one-on-one, are fun, interactive and promise a true sense of self fulfillment and achievement, that’s why so many of my clients become regulars, and I continue to grow and expand.
I also understand how busy we all are today, and you may not be able to come to my scheduled classes (timetable below), so if you would like a one-on-one session or have a minimum of 3 friends I am more than happy to work with your preferred time or place for practise i.e. your local park, backyard or spare room, all you need to do is call, text or email me.

You can practice my two youtube 30 minute classes below at any time. These classes are perfect for beginners or for any one wanting a good yoga start to their day.
If you would like to join my Facebook Live online yoga group, LIKE my www.facebook.com/livelifeyoga page, then ask to join my "livelifeyoga at home group". All LIVE Facebook classes have now ceased but all the classes will stay on the page for you to do at your own leisure.
